Noel Dalmacio, CPA/PFS, M.S. TAX President  Noel Dalmacio, CPA/PFS, has over l8 years of public and private experience in the areas of tax compliance, tax planning, HUD mortgage auditing, accounting and financial planning. He has significant experience within the mortgage broker, real estate, financial, professional service and high-net worth industries. He is also the president of our affiliate firm, D&A Wealth Management, that provides financial planning and investment services to better meet our clients' financial needs. Noel is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a B.S. in Accounting and obtained his Masters in Taxation at Golden Gate University. He also holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation exclusively offered to CPAs by the American Institute of CPAs.  Likewise, he also holds securities (FINRA Series 7 & 66) and CA life and health insurance licenses. Noel is currently working towards obtaining the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Planning Association.
